Text:

Elementary Differential Equations, 10th ed.,  William E. Boyce and Richard C. DiPrima,

New Jersey: Wiley, October 2012, ISBN-10: 0470458321, ISBN-13: 978-0470458327

Note:  There are a few versions of this text.  One difference is the title, with one version adding the text " with Boundary Value Problems".  This is a version with a few sections added on the topic mentioned, and without any other changes to the sections we will cover.  The second difference is shown in the illustrations at left.  The text on the right is a Hopkins' version of the text on the left.  The ONLY difference between the two is the cover, designed to be cheaper as it is less re-marketable.  Any of these fours versions will be fine.
